You don’t pay to attend the film screenings at Whitstable Social Club but we do ask all those who can afford it to make a minimum donation of £5 towards the costs of putting on events at the club. this will be collected in cash on the night. Please be aware that other viewers may have health concerns and we ask that you do not attend if you have cold, flu or Covid 19 symptoms.

I'm delighted to be working with  Southeastern Railway , The Seaside Museum , Herne Bay, and  Whitstable Museum , to bring you two exhibitions celebrating 200 years of railway history and development, from The Canterbury & Whitstable Railway being given Royal Assent, and the first passenger train on the Stockton & Darlington Railway, to the modern day. There will be a host of associated events including history walks, guided tours, documentary screenings, heritage walks, and cycle rides incorporating  Crab & Winkle Line Trust ,  Spokes East Kent Cycle Group , and  East Kent Model Railway Society . Our events will start with the opening of our three month Herne Bay and Kent Coast Railway 200 exhibition, at the Seaside Museum from 12th April.
